Terms of Service
Effective July 20, 2026
1. Agreement
By using donorledger.bfcbrilliance.org (the “service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
DonorLedger provides donation-tracking, receipting, and one-click year-end giving-statement software for small nonprofits, churches, booster clubs, and PTOs.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials, for keeping your information accurate, and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription & billing
The service is offered at $15/month or $144/year (or the plan you select), billed through Stripe. A 7-day free trial applies so you can evaluate the service before you are charged. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of your paid period. Because of the free trial, all fees are non-refundable.
5. Your data & content
You own the data you enter. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process it to operate the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter and for how you use the outputs the service generates.
6. Not tax or legal advice
The receipts and year-end statements DonorLedger generates are tools to help you — they are not tax or legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your receipts and filings meet IRS and other applicable requirements. Consult a qualified professional where needed.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, to send spam, or to attempt to breach, overload, or disrupt it.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post any changes here with a revised effective date.
